When you are booking an apartment, you will get an e-mail confirmation with complete address of the apartment in Odessa. For some privacy reasons we prefer not to show the apartment addresses on our website.

Yes, as many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and shops, especially in the city centre, are equipped to accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. In addition to that there are many ATM machines in the city centre. However if your credit card is issued by any other system than Visa or MasterCard you will certainly have problems with using them in Odessa (and in Ukraine, in particular). If your apartment is far from the city centre you may also have some inconveniences with using your credit card.
The most widely used language in Odessa is Russian and unfortunately most people don’t speak English. Upon your arrival you will be able to ask your accommodation manager any questions that can help you orient in the city. If you have some urgent questions you can always call your accommodation manager and get a free help. For extra charge you can be accompanied by some of our English speaking employees or by a professional simultaneous interpreter. If you suddenly need qualified medical treatment, you have to call us instantly and we will arrange the doctor’s visit.

We can provide you with a professional body-guard to accompany you anywhere and anytime you want (the price of such service depends on your personal requirements). We also can provide you with a bank cell (bank safe) where you will be able to put your important documents (the price of this service usually depends on the size of the bank cell and the term of renting the cell). Anyway, you can address to your accommodation manager with correspondent request or book these services in advance.
Yes, you can rent it, this is one of our additional services. Having a number of the local operator will make your calls inside Ukraine much cheaper and easier. We can provide you with a number of other devices, like photo camera, notebook, etc. Please see our “Services” section.
Except the apartment rental services we offer you a wide range of other services, in particular, we can deliver presents, flowers (or may be documents) to your friends, relatives, bride in Odessa handing them in personally. We also can arrange your meeting at the airport with their presence, taking them to the airport by taxi (see our “Services” section).

The parking facilities differ per apartment, please see the description on the apartment’s page. In most cases parking places are available, however some of them are guarded and some aren’t, in some cases underground parking is available right in the building where the accommodation is situated.
As we like pets ourselves, we try to offer you the apartments where staying with pets is allowed, however not all the property owners share our opinion. So you have to specify it with us in advance.
Before your arrival accommodation are cleaned and ready for your stay; on departure, you are expected to leave the apartment in proper condition. In case you need any extra cleaning during the stay, you can order it as an additional service.
All the apartments are furnished and completely serviced with towels, bed linen, full set of cooking utensils and kitchen-ware. Some items like ironing equipment, hairdryer, Internet connection, differ per apartment. So please see the description given to each apartment on the apartment’s page in order to see what is given with apartment chosen.
You may contact your accommodation manager. All the contact information will be mentioned in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Right after the prepayment process is fully completed, you will receive your booking confirmation e-mail, that will be sent to the e-mail address stated in the reservation form. Booking conformation contains information about your manager contact, full address of the booked apartment and other necessary data.
When you check-in to the apartment you have to pay the remaining open balance and the damage deposit (it will be mentioned in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can also see it in the description of each apartment). Standard way for this payment is only CASH. Note if you need a receipt of the payment, please, inform us before your arrival.
If you need a receipt or invoice for remaining payment on the arrival, please, request that before your arrival at least before 48hours, but of course it’s better to include this information into your reservation form as an additional comment.
Please, call your accommodation manager, by using phone number mentioned in your booking confirmation e-mail. Accommodation manager will meet you at that apartment at the agreed time. You pay open balance and damage deposit in order to receive the keys.
Your accommodation manager will meet you at the apartment at standard check-out time for inspection of apartment and all the immovable property as well as repayment of damage deposit. The damage deposit is totally refundable in case no damage have occurred and apartment is left in reasonable condition. Also you are expected to report damages during the stay. Refer to the Terms&Conditions section for more details.
