  • Reservation

After you chose the apartment you like, you have to fill the reservation form (all the requests for additional services you may need should be also included into the form). After we receive your request, we form and send you an invoice (by e-mail) mentioning the whole amount and the booking deposit that we require. In order to confirm your reservation you have to pay the booking deposit, only after that your reservation will be confirmed (after receiving the booking deposit we will send you an e-mail with confirmation of your reservation). The remaining sum needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The amount of the booking deposit is usually equal to daily fee of rent. To reserve additional services you should pay the full price of the services in advance.

  • Arrival procedure

After you have received a confirmation e-mail of your booking, it’s better to print out a copy and place it with your passport and tickets as it contains all the necessary information that you will require after your arrival in Odessa to get to your booked apartment. If you have not given us the time of your arrival in Odessa, please, do it a few days before your arrival.

  • Damage deposit

As all the apartments are furnished and fully equipped we require certain damage deposit to ensure the safety of all the immovable property that is situated there. The damage deposit is to be paid upon arrival and will be refunded at your departure, after we inspect the accommodation. The sum of the damage deposit is different for each apartment and depends on the estimated value of immovable property that is situated there. In case any damage is done to the apartment or its equipment through your fault, you will have to refund the incurred losses.  

  • During your stay

You are expected to treat your apartment and all of its equipment and furniture with care (as if it was your own). Any specific rules and regulations for the accommodation and its surroundings must be respected during all your stay. In case any damage is done to the apartment or its immovable property, you must contact us immediately, in order we could arrange the repairs as soon as possible.

  • Behaviour

During your stay you are also expected to show consideration and respect towards your neighbours.  (please be considerate of noise, particularly in the evenings and at night). Please, ensure that your guests will behave in a suitable manner. 

  • Cleaning

All the apartments are carefully cleaned prior to your arrival. On your departure, you are required take out the garbage; the accommodation should be left in a reasonable condition.  We are entitled to charge additional fees if the accommodation is not left as such.

  • Number of guests

The apartment must be booked for the number of guests staying there. If this number varies during your stay, please, book for the highest number of guests that will be staying. The number of persons who may use the accommodation must not exceed its allocated capacity, except for children under three years old.

  • Amendments

If for some reasons (in case of force majeure) we cannot provide you with the apartment that was reserved, we will make all the efforts to find you a similar accommodation. In case no agreement can be made regarding alternative accommodation, we will refund the full reservation prepayment.

  •  Liabilities

We shall not be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during your stay-period at the apartment, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behaviour. Please be sure to have travel insurance that will be valid during the whole period of your stay to avoid any problems.

  • Responsibility

Rent-in-ua is not responsible for any potential delays, losses, accidents, change of schedule or rates, damages (for persons or subjects) caused by third parties or other impartial reasons. We undertake to inform you of any possible delays and changes of rates or schedules, as soon as we receive such information. The responsibility of Rent-in-ua is limited to the amount paid for the booking service.

  • Our website

All information and resources regarding an apartment are supplied by its owner. Although we do our  very best to verify and update the information as seen on the web site, the appearance of the accommodation can slightly differ as time goes by. Rent-in-ua reserves the right to update information published on the site at any time including (but not exclusive to): rates, descriptions and photographs. It is the responsibility of parties using our services, to review these terms and conditions in case of change. By agreeing to use our services, it is inferred that any changes are accepted by all parties and that all parties comply with these changes.

* All the clients of Rent-in-ua are expected to read and agree with the rules stated above. In case of infringement of any item of these rules, Rent–in-ua has the right to completely refuse from its liabilities, request you and your guests to leave from the accommodation without the right to any compensation or raise the cost of the rendered services.
